Children love fruit dip because it is interactive, and they get to choose how much is used - plus, it's something that can be eaten with their hands! Anything that doesn't require a fork to be eaten has to be good!

1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
What you do:
Put all ingredients in to the blender. Blend until smooth. Makes a pretty pink fruit dip which is very kid friendly. Plus your kids are getting the vitamins in the fresh strawberries. Adults will love it, too for a quick breakfast, office lunch snack or before bedtime snack!
